AJET Yahiko Hike + Autumn Leaves at Yahiko Park

It’s fall y’all!
Kōyō has begun and we’re planning a
FREE EVENT on Saturday, November 16th to see all the beautiful fall colors in one of the most beautiful places in Niigata!Yahiko!The event starts with an optional hike to the top of Yahiko Mountain and then an afternoon picnic in Yahiko Park.
HikeMeeting Time: 10 AM
Meeting Place: Yahiko Shrine’s First Torii Gate

Hiking Time: about 2-3 hours total— after reaching the top, you can opt to take the ropeway down, but just know that during Kōyō, the wait times might be longer than simply hiking back.
Difficulty: 2 (out of 5)

The trail can get a little steep at times so please wear closed-toed sneakers or hiking boots. And, bring water to stay hydrated during the hike. The recommended amount is at least one liter.
