It takes place in Niigata, where the evil Dracula sinks his teeth into a group of mangakas in desperate need of money. It’s a brand new adventure that nobody should miss! Event Schedule (click here) What is it?: Every year, the city of Tokamachi—right in the heart of snow country—holds their annual snow festival. For one weekend, the whole town is covered in intricate snow sculptures and filled with all kinds of fun things—your favorite festival foods, live music, and games! On Saturday evening, the weekend’s biggest event—the Snow Carnival—takes place. Musical guests and performers give a huge concert on a stage made of snow, followed by a badass fireworks show.
